Davidson asked what will be done to <br />screen the cars between phasing? <br />Morie stated the pound yard will have a <br />fence built totally around. None. <br />Carnival moved to adopt Resolution #21, <br />Series 1990 Crystal Estates Amended <br />Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan, seconded by Mayor <br />Fauson. <br />Sackett was concerned about the auto <br />body shop and the off street parking <br />that this could create. I think we <br />should also ask that the three trees <br />along Highway 42 be put in. <br />Sackett added a friendly amendment to <br />Carnival's motion to have the three <br />trees put in along Highway 42. <br />By Roll Call Vote motion passed 7-0. <br />REFERRAL TO PLANNING COMN[ISSION - CARSON ANNEXATION <br />Franklin stated Mountain Mesa Develop- <br />ment Corporation has contracted to <br />purchase a 4 acre parcel known as tree <br />Larson property, which is located south <br />of CYierry Street and west of Coal Creek <br />Ranch.
