Davidson asked what will be done to
screen the cars between phasing?
Morie stated the pound yard will have a
fence built totally around. On the south
side and the east side the fence will
remain, even when the future retail
building is built.
Hornbostel asked if there is any time
frame for total build out.
Morie stated no. We would like to see
this move ahead as quickly as possible.
Howard asked what the size of the land-
scaping would be to start with.
Morie stated the plan calls for an inch
or inch and half caliber for the trees.
Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone
that would like to speak in favor or in
opposition of this proposal. None.
Carnival moved to adopt Resolution #21,
Series 1990 Crystal Estates Amended
Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD
Development Plan, seconded by Mayor
Fauson.
Sackett was concerned about the auto
body shop and the off street parking
that this could create. I think we
should also ask that the three trees
along Highway 42 be put in.
Sackett added a friendly amendment to
Carnival's motion to have the three
trees put in along Highway 42.
By Roll Call Vote motion passed 7-0.
REFERRAL TO PLANNING COMN[ISSION - CARSON ANNEXATION
Franklin stated Mountain Mesa Develop-
ment Corporation has contracted to
purchase a 4 acre parcel known as tree
Larson property, which is located south
of CYierry Street and west of Coal Creek
Ranch. Mountain Mesa Development re-
quests annexation to the City of Louis-
ville.
Mayor Fauson moved and Sackett seconded
6
