Marschner gave a brief overview of <br />what the remodeling would consist <br />of with the money that is avail- <br />able. The main remodel would be in <br />Public Safety and Finance Depart- <br />ments. What I am asking for from <br />Council is approval to ask the <br />architect to complete the drawings, <br />to contract documents and put the <br />contract documents out for bid. <br />Sackett moved and Davidson seconded <br />to proceed with the bid process and <br />have the architect complete the <br />drawings. Motion passed 6-0. <br />RESOLUTION #22, SERIES 1990, CLUBHOMES AT COAL CREEK <br />Read by title only, Resolution #22, <br />Series 1990, "A Resolution approv- <br />ing a final subdivision plat and <br />PUD development plan for Clubhomes <br />at Coal Creek." <br />Franklin stated First Capital <br />Development Corp. has requested <br />approval of a final development <br />plan and a final subdivision plat <br />for the Clubhomes at Caal Creek, <br />residential project which is locat- <br />ed north of Dillon Road and west of <br />the Coal Creek Course driving <br />range. The developer also requests <br />Council approval of a plan to front <br />end landscape improvements along <br />the west side of the driving range, <br />and the ped/bike path link between <br />Coal Creek Ranch and Clubhomes. <br />The developer would be reimbursed <br />for these public improvements <br />through credits against the Service <br />Expansion Fee. If Council approves <br />this concept it would be included <br />in the draft subdivision agreement. <br />Dan Davis, representing First <br />Capital Development gave an over- <br />view of what the project will look <br />like. The preliminary design <br />utilizes will be a zero lot line <br />concept with a Z lot configuration. <br />We have worked very hard to make <br />this project work. There are no <br />funds or funding to protect Parcel <br />Q from the problem that will be <br />
