We <br />would like to have your help with <br />the post office. The post office <br />has indicated that this is a rural <br />route and they don't have to deliv- <br />er the mail to each individual <br />house. <br />Sackett stated he would prefer to <br />have it on an individual basis. <br />Hornbostel stated she was concerned <br />with using the service expansion <br />fees. I do not have a problem with <br />the project. I wish there was some <br />other way that we could work on the <br />landscaping piece. At sometime I <br />feel we are going to max out on the <br />service expansion fee and reim- <br />bursements. <br />Major concerns by the council were <br />whether the service expansion fee <br />was the right way to go about <br />reimbursement. Council felt that <br />the service expansion fee should be <br />used for other things. They felt <br />that the golf course revenue should <br />be used to reimburse this project. <br />
