Howard: Who will handle the complaints about the houses? Lilies: Complaints would come directly to him or the Housing Authority themselves. There is a staff person on board at all times. We would live up to the covenants that are in force in the subdivisions. We do hope to blend into the neighborhood. Howard: Asked Leesman if there has been any change in the crime level with regard to the low income housing? Leesman: Does not know if it is any greater. Most of the recent low income we have is for Seniors. Franklin: The Housing Authority cooperates with the County housing authority. The housing authority meets monthly and does deal with the problems that come up. Howard: Would like to review any complaints that the housing authority might get regarding these homes. Carnival moved to approve the Cooperation Agreement, seconded by Hornbostel. By Roll Call Vote Motion Passed 4-3 with Davidson, Howard and Mayor Fauson voting no. Carnival moved to amend the motion to include that the housing authority control the standard of neighborhood with regard to the upkeep of the house and the yards, seconded Hornbostel. Motion passed. Howard moved to amend the amendment to include that we review any complaints given to the county and housing authority regarding these homes, seconded by Mayor Fauson. Motion passed. TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - LOUISVILLE MINING COMPANY. Williams: The fingerprints far the applicants have not been processed at this point. The applicants will be going forward to get that accomplished, they are requesting Council action on this application because they are under a time table. If Council is in favor of approving the application, Council can do so subject to the fingerprinting and that there be no negative information obtained from this.
