Howard: Who will handle the complaints about the houses? <br />Lilies: Complaints would come directly to him or the <br />Housing Authority themselves. There is a staff <br />person on board at all times. We would live up to <br />the covenants that are in force in the <br />subdivisions. We do hope to blend into the <br />neighborhood. <br />Howard: Asked Leesman if there has been any change in the <br />crime level with regard to the low income housing? <br />Leesman: Does not know if it is any greater. Most of the <br />recent low income we have is for Seniors. <br />Franklin: The Housing Authority cooperates with the County <br />housing authority. The housing authority meets <br />monthly and does deal with the problems that come <br />up. <br />Howard: Would like to review any complaints that the <br />housing authority might get regarding these homes. <br />Carnival moved to approve the Cooperation <br />Agreement, seconded by Hornbostel. By Roll Call <br />Vote Motion Passed 4-3 with Davidson, Howard and <br />Mayor Fauson voting no. <br />Carnival moved to amend the motion to include that <br />the housing authority control the standard of <br />neighborhood with regard to the upkeep of the <br />house and the yards, seconded Hornbostel. Motion <br />passed. <br />Howard moved to amend the amendment to include <br />that we review any complaints given to the county <br />and housing authority regarding these homes, <br />seconded by Mayor Fauson. Motion passed. <br />TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - LOUISVILLE MINING <br />COMPANY. <br />Williams: The fingerprints far the applicants have not been <br />processed at this point. The applicants will be <br />going forward to get that accomplished, they are <br />requesting Council action on this application <br />because they are under a time table. If Council <br />is in favor of approving the application, Council <br />can do so subject to the fingerprinting and that <br />there be no negative information obtained from <br />this.
