fingerprinting process being completed and that
there be no negative information as a result of
that process, seconded by Davidson. Motion Passed
7-0,
GOLF COURSE: (1) DRESS CODE AND (2) FEES FOR RESIDENT AND NON-
RESIDENTS
Brand: A survey was done at the Golf Course regarding the
dress code and fees for residents and non-
residents. The survey ran through Sunday, July
15. Brand gave a brief overview of what the
survey had on it and what the results were. My
question is should we continue or discontinue with
the dress code and should we continue the fees for
resident and non-resident.
Davidson: How many surveys were handed out, and how were
they handed out?
John Ott: The surveys were placed on the pro shop counter,
the snack bar counter and each of the tables
through the snack bar. This was done Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. During that time we had
1,450 people play golf and out of that only 52
people took the time to fill the survey out.
Norm Mossoni, 841 Jefferson Ave.
Mossoni: Did not feel that the surveys were available
during this period of time. After we golfed on
Sunday there was no such thing on the tables. I
still have an objection to being denied the senior
rate and still having to pay the non-resident
rate. I would like to mention that sometime in
July there was a punch card you could buy and you
could go out during non-prime time and use this
card, it is non-transferable. I saw a person buy
the card then give it to another person. Mossoni
was still concerned with the fact that he was
being denied the senior citizens fees and the fact
that he was a citizen and was having to pay non-
resident fees. The principal of the issues are
the most important things to us.
Brian W. Shaw, 190 Dahlia Drive, Louisville, Colorado.
Shaw: Is concerned about the dress code at the golf
course. When I first decided to take golf up I
saw the signs about the dress codes. I asked what
the intent was behind the dress code and the
gentleman behind the counter stated he wanted them
to look like professional golfers. My daughter,
who is seven, decided to go out to the driving
range. I asked the gentlemen for a bag of large
11
