Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. Notice <br />was published in the Louisville Time July 4, 1990. <br />Read by title only Ordinance X1027, Series 1990, <br />"An Ordinance Providing for the Amendment of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado, Industrial Develop- <br />ment Revenue Bond (Klister Properties Project) <br />Series 1985; and approving the form and authoris- <br />ing the execution of certain documents relating <br />thereto." <br />Blake Jordon, with Lamm, Edstrom and Falacienski. <br />Jordon gave a brief presentation regarding the <br />existing ordinance and the amendment to it. What <br />is being approved by the ordinance is an assign- <br />ment agreement, whereby the original borrower <br />assigns the transaction to the new borrower. <br />There is also an amendment to the loan agreement, <br />an amendment to the deed of trust. <br />Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone that would <br />like to speak in or in opposition to this propos- <br />al. None. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing. <br />Sackett moved to adopt Ordinance X1027, Series <br />1990 at the second and final reading July 17, <br />1990, seconded by Mayor Fauson. By Roll Call Vote <br />Motion Passed 7-0. <br />RESOLUTION #24, SERIES 1990 - MAIN STREET CENTER SPECIAL REVIEW <br />USE - CHURCH <br />Read by title only - Resolution No. 24, Series <br />1990, "A Resolution Approving A Special Review Use <br />for Trinity Bible Evangelical Free Church." <br />Franklin gave a brief presentation regarding the <br />Special Review Use for Trinity Evangelical Free <br />Church at 134 Main Street. They are requesting <br />approval of the Special Review Use for the use of <br />a church. <br />Richard J. Tapland, 1483 Monroe Place, Louisville, <br />Co. <br />Tapland: Trinity Bible has signed a contract to purchase <br />the facility at 1340 Main Street. The use of the <br />facility will not be all that different from the <br />present usage. There is a church that already <br />meets on Sundays. Our use of the facility will <br />include Sunday morning worship service, with <br />Sunday school classes. On Sunday evenings during <br />the school year we have a group that meets that <br />6 <br /> <br />
