Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. Notice was published in the Louisville Time July 4, 1990. Read by title only Ordinance X1027, Series 1990, "An Ordinance Providing for the Amendment of the City of Louisville, Colorado, Industrial Develop- ment Revenue Bond (Klister Properties Project) Series 1985; and approving the form and authoris- ing the execution of certain documents relating thereto." Blake Jordon, with Lamm, Edstrom and Falacienski. Jordon gave a brief presentation regarding the existing ordinance and the amendment to it. What is being approved by the ordinance is an assign- ment agreement, whereby the original borrower assigns the transaction to the new borrower. There is also an amendment to the loan agreement, an amendment to the deed of trust. Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone that would like to speak in or in opposition to this propos- al. None. Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing. Sackett moved to adopt Ordinance X1027, Series 1990 at the second and final reading July 17, 1990, seconded by Mayor Fauson. By Roll Call Vote Motion Passed 7-0. RESOLUTION #24, SERIES 1990 - MAIN STREET CENTER SPECIAL REVIEW USE - CHURCH Read by title only - Resolution No. 24, Series 1990, "A Resolution Approving A Special Review Use for Trinity Bible Evangelical Free Church." Franklin gave a brief presentation regarding the Special Review Use for Trinity Evangelical Free Church at 134 Main Street. They are requesting approval of the Special Review Use for the use of a church. Richard J. Tapland, 1483 Monroe Place, Louisville, Co. Tapland: Trinity Bible has signed a contract to purchase the facility at 1340 Main Street. The use of the facility will not be all that different from the present usage. There is a church that already meets on Sundays. Our use of the facility will include Sunday morning worship service, with Sunday school classes.
