Our heaviest usage <br />is on Sunday mornings. The square footage in the <br />building gives us plenty of room for seating. We <br />have rearranged the present parking layout and <br />expanded it to fit 46 cars instead of the present <br />34. There are two handicapped parking spaces. We <br />also have contacted the principal of Louisville <br />Middle School to use their 33 parking spaces. We <br />do not foresee major parking problems. The sign <br />will be in the same location as the present sign <br />is. Burlington Northern owns a 100 foot strip of <br />land along the railroad tracks. The mylars have <br />been updated to show Burlington Northern's <br />property and the city alley. We are in the <br />process of lease the land from Burlington <br />Northern. <br />Carnival: Has it been indicated that the church may purchase <br />the property to the .south. Is that permitted <br />under the existing zoning? <br />Franklin stated that Planning Commission and City <br />Council would see an amendment to this plan if <br />that is done. <br />Mayor Fauson moved to adopted Resolution No. 24, <br />Series 1990, seconded by Sackett. By Roll Call <br />Vote Motion Passed 6-1, with Szymanski voting no. <br />RESOLUTION X25, SERIES 1990, - EXPLOSIVE FABRICATORS, INC. - <br />AMENDED FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Read by title only, ,Resolution No. 25, Series <br />1990, "A Resolution Approving an amended Final <br />Planned Unit Development Plan (P.U.D.) for <br />Explosive Fabricators, Inc. <br />Franklin gave a brief presentation regarding the <br />final development plan for Explosive Fabricators. <br />The purpose of the amendment is to establish a <br />long term master plan for the site which will <br />include additional manufacturing and office <br />structures and expanded employee parking. All <br />conditions requested by staff has been agreed to <br />by the applicant. <br />Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone that would <br />like to speak in of or in opposition to this <br />Resolution?
