South Boulder Road. Craig Watters, Pastor
of the Church has stated that years ago the church
agreed to allow access to the park next to their
property through the church's parking lot
entrance. In exchange for the privilege, the city
was to mow the field behind the church as needed
and allow the church use of the dumpster in the
park. This was a verbal agreement with no
specified time limit.
Sackett moved that we put the agreement in writing and fulfill
our obligation. It could be reviewed every year extended up to
five years if we don't give them a thirty day notice, seconded by
Mayor Fauson.
