Davidson withdrew his suggestion. <br />Davidson suggested that the City Administrator come back and make <br />a recommendation on; rest of the cuts. <br />Mayor Fauson suggested that the Finance Committee look and see if <br />there is anyway to come up with some money. <br />Carnival stated that he felt the budget meets or exceeds what we <br />have been currently doing and I think we just had a small goal <br />setting session. Why do we have to have the 10$ contingency? <br />Sackett moved and Davidson seconded that staff and City <br />Administrator come back and make a recommendation to Council. By <br />show of hands motion passed 6-1 with Carnival voting no. <br />ITEM F <br />DIRECTION CONCERNING ANALYSIS OF OPERATION OF REC. CENTER <br />Davidson moved to direct staff to do analysis and come back and <br />make a recommendation of what need to be in that analysis of the <br />rec center by the second meeting in December, seconded by <br />Hornbostel.
