Sisk asked how the rates compare with Loveland. <br /> <br />Kalbfleisch stated that the installation rates are identical. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone wishing to speak on the cable television rate order. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or questions. <br /> <br />Mayer was concerned that, if the cable industry is deregulated, immediately there may be increases <br />like in the mid-80's. <br /> <br />Susan Gfiffiths, City Attorney, stated that the City has the authority to regulate rates for basic service <br />and related equipment. It may disapprove the rates that are proposed only if there is a showing that <br />those rates exceed those permitted by FCC regulations. The rates being proposed tonight are within <br />the authority granted them by the FCC regulations. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve the Cable Television Rate Order under FCC Forms 1205 and 1210. <br />Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 37, SERIES 1995 - MEADOWS AT COAL CREEK - AMENDMENT TO <br />THE FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this amendment would bring consistency between the <br />covenants of Meadows at Coal Creek and the recorded PUD, which are currently in conflict with <br />each other. The conflicts have resulted in a series of construction errors. If this resolution is <br />authorized, staff recommended that any setback reduction shall be limited to a one-story garage only <br />and not include any other first or second story living areas and all construction must conform to <br />required vision clearance areas. <br /> <br />Sisk asked to be excused due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Davidson excused Sisk. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Raymond Griffin, 555 Orchard Drive, Louisville, Colorado, stated that every current resident had <br />signed a support letter. He felt the granting of this request would be of economic benefit to the <br />homeowners and it would speed development for future home owners. <br /> <br />Ray Schlott, 647 Manorwood Lane, Louisville, Colorado, reviewed the history of the property. He <br />recommended that Council approve the setback encroachment as it exists today on the three affected <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
