This transfer will be <br />only "on paper" and this reorganization will not <br />cause any change in personnel, board of directors, <br />officers, programming, subscriber billing, etc. <br />Sackett brought out the issue of some of the <br />City's concerns regarding service by Scripps. <br />Although this request is independent of that <br />concern, Sackett asked that these issues be <br />addressed as quickly as possible as he is not at <br />all happy with the answers to questions sent to <br />them in a letter by Stahl. <br />10 <br />
