CALL TO ORDER Mayor Fauson reopened the meeting. All members of Council were present. Franklin presented the following items asking that Council consider each action required after a single public hearing for the entire Hillandale proposal. There were no objections. RESOLUTION #12, SERIES 1989 - FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS - HILLANDALE ANNEXATION PETITION Read by title only, Resolution #12, Series 1989, "A Resolution setting forth findings of fact and conclusions relative to the annexation of certain real property located southwest of Louisville, owned by Mildred Bush, the Cowdrey Company and Superior Associates, LTD." ORDINANCE #987, SERIES 1988 - HILLANDALE ANNEXATION - 2nd READING, PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #987, Series 1988, "An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado, property located southwest of Louisville which is owned by Mildred Bush, the Cowdrey Company and Superior Associates, LTD."
