TIMES 9/23/95) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1201, Series 1995, "An ordinance amending Sections <br />15.04.030 and 15.04.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning the issuance of building <br />permits and the determination of building permit fees." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the revised ordinance provided that the Building Division <br />utilize actual value in computing the building permit fee for all construction with the exception of <br />single-family and multi-family construction. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1201. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1201 on second and final reading. Seconded by <br />Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Howard and Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
