• Two Junior golfers from Monarch <br />• General Public can stand on cart path while dignitaries are on the men's tee box. <br />• Additional public can view from elevated east end of the driving range tee complex or putting green <br />berm. <br />• Folding chairs positioned on hill side for sitting if desired. <br />All greens and tees should be roped off to prevent damage. DD <br />11:00 am - Activities <br />• Live music for event? Possible live music throughout the day. <br />• The Mine tie in - food to be coordinated by David Baril <br />• Hole in one shootout <br />o Conducted on hole # 9 <br />o This activity will require a minimum of 2 volunteers or employees to administer. <br />• Criteria for quote, yardage, prize $amount and number of contestants <br />o Hole in one quotes at 170 yards / 155 yards at 100 contestants <br />• $20K / $ 257 Look for sponsors <br />In addition to the hole in one contest operate a closest to the pin contest. The closest 5 to 10 <br />shots to win something.
