ORDINANCE #999, SERIES 1989 - P.J.M. ANNEXATION - 2ND READING, <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #999, Series 1989, "An <br />Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado property located east of Cleo Mudrock Park <br />which is owned by P.J.M. Development Corporation." <br />Certification of publication and notice of public <br />hearing were established by the City Clerk. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Franklin asked that his remarks during the <br />presentation on Resolution #36 be considered for <br />consideration of this annexation ordinance. <br />Residents reiterated their concerns and Council <br />reassured them they would carefully review all the <br />plans for any development proposed on this property. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for <br />a motion. <br />Sackett moved and Carnival seconded to adopt <br />Ordinance #999, Series 1989. By Roll Call Vote, the <br />motion passed 7-0. <br />ORDINANCE #1000, SERIES 1989 - P.J.M. ZONING - 2ND READING, <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #1000, Series 1989, "An <br />Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code entitled "Zoning" by rezoning property <br />owned by P.J.M. Development Corporation." <br />Certification of publication and notice of public <br />hearing were established by the City Clerk. <br />Franklin asked that his remarks during the <br />presentation on Resolution #36 be considered for <br />consideration of this zoning ordinance. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Once again, residents told Council that they had <br />concerns and asked that they be sensitive to the <br />issues of the integrity of the neighborhood and the <br />adverse affects of Lincoln Avenue being extended. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for <br />a motion. Scarpella moved and Ferrera seconded to <br />adopt Ordinance #1000, Series 1989. By Roll Call <br />Vote, the motion passed 7-0. <br />RESOLUTION #37, SERIES 1989 - PONDEROSA SUBDIVISION <br />REPEAT Read by title only, Resolution #37, Series 1989, "A <br />Resolution approving a plat for Ponderosa Subdivision <br />Replat B." <br />8 <br />
