Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Keany and Levihn <br />being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1208, SERIES 1995 - VACATING A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY BEING <br />TWENTY FEET OFF THE EAST END OF LOT 1, LOT 6, LOT 7, LOT 8, LOT 9, LOT 10, <br />AND LOT 11, JEFFERSON PLACE SUBDIVISION - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1208, Series 1995, "An Ordinance vacating a road right-of- <br />way being twenty feet off the east end of Lot 1, Lot 6, Lot 7, Lot 8, Lot 9, Lot 10, and Lot 11, <br />Jefferson Place Subdivision." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that this property was conveyed to Boulder County on May <br />16, 1889. The County had conveyed the property by Quit Claim Deed to the City of Louisville. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Keany and Levihn <br />being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72, SERIES 1995 - CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF OBLIGATIONS <br />FOR EXTENSION OF CENTENNIAL COURT FROM NEODATA TO HOMART <br /> <br /> Tami Tanoue, Griffiths & Tanoue, stated that the amendment causing this matter to be continued to <br /> this meeting was on page two, paragraph three, containing new language in line seven down from the <br /> top of the paragraph stating that the subdivider is further released from its improvement guarantee <br /> obligations in the subdivision agreement with respect to paragraph 8.2 only. It released the subdivider <br /> from the improvement guarantee for the completion of Centennial Court only. <br /> <br /> Davidson called for Council questions or motions. <br /> <br /> Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 72, Series 1995, as amended. Seconded by <br /> Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Keany and Levihn being absent. <br /> <br /> <br />
