Things can happen, if you <br />want them to happen. <br /> <br />Hornbostel felt that Louisville is getting all of the benefits at <br />a quarter of the price that Louisville was going to pay for it. <br />She felt that it serves the best interest of the people in this <br />community to do this as economically as possible.
