LSVL. TIMES 1/20/93) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1094, Series 1993, "An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 2.32 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />increasing the salary of the Municipal Judge." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that this is a matter <br />that is in the Budget that Council had adopted for 1993 raising the <br />Municipal Judge's salary from $800.00/month to $1,000.00/month. <br />This is a formality to carry out the Council's action in adopting <br />the Budget. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak on <br />Ordinance No. 1094. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1094, Series 1993, <br />amending Chapter 2.32 of the Louisville Municipal Code, which <br />increases the salary of the Municipal Judge. Seconded by <br />Hornbostel. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7-0 vote. <br /> <br />KENNEDY AND SOUTH BOULDER ROAD "PARKING LOT" <br /> <br />Sisk stated that he contacted Rod Leesman, Public Safety Director, <br />about the situation at the corner of Kennedy and South Boulder Road <br />that had not been remedied. Leesman stated that he had received a <br />letter from the owners of the property indicating that the City <br />would have the right to haul off the vehicles. He stated that it's <br />a real frustration and an eyesore for the City, which he would like <br />to get rectified. He wanted to implore staff to take whatever <br />means are necessary to rectify the problem, giving it priority <br />attention. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that Lt. Don Glass has <br />been working with the City Attorney to get a letter which protects <br />the City from liabilities, as the one from the property owner does <br />not protect the City. <br /> <br />Sisk stated that the property owner, Barry Morris, stated that he <br />wanted to cooperate fully with the City.
