Call to Order — Ken Gambon called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Ken Gambon, Lisa Norgard, Cory Nickerson, Heikke <br />Nielsen, Perry Nelson and Sandy Stewart <br />Board Members Excused Absence: Dennis Maloney <br />Council Members Present: Ashley Stolzmann <br />Staff Members Present: Denise White, David Dean and David Baril <br />Public: Bob Tofte <br />2. Approval of Agenda — The agenda was unanimously approved. Sandy Stewart <br />proposed, Lisa Norgard seconded. <br />3. Approval of Meeting Minutes — The August 17 Minutes were unanimously <br />approved. Lisa Norgard proposed, Heikke Nielsen seconded. <br />4. Public comments: <br />On September 14 the GCAB sent a letter to City Council and to City Staff outlining a <br />list of measurements the Board considers critical to the effective running of the Golf <br />Course now that it is under City Management. The letter respectfully requested the <br />backing of Council to ensure these measurements are created in a timely manner, <br />discussed by Staff and by the GCAB and used to create actions that will make the <br />course successful. <br />Council Member Stolzmann addressed the Board and made the following statements <br />on behalf of Council: <br />• The letter was much appreciated by Council and Council remains totally <br />supportive of the GCAB and its Mission. <br />• Council wants and needs the Golf Board to review the course details on their <br />behalf and for the citizens <br />PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT • 749 MAIN STREET • LOUISVILLE, CO 80027 <br />(303) 335 -4735 FAX (303) 335 -4738 <br />www.louisvilleco.gov <br />PARKS RECREATION SENIOR SERVICES OPEN SPACE FORESTRY TRAILS GOLF <br />
