ORDINANCE NO. 1100, SERIES 1993 - AMENDING THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO, INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND (LOUISVILLE MEDICAL ASSOCIATES <br />PROJECT) SERIES 1984; AND APPROVING THE FORM AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO - 2ND READING - <br />PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 3/27/93) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1100, Series 1993, "An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Louisville Medical <br />Associates Project) Series 1984; and approving the form and <br />authorizing the execution of certain documents relating thereto." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing asking for anyone in the <br />audience who wished to speak in favor or against Ordinance No. <br />1100. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1100, Series 1993, <br />amending the City of Louisville, Colorado, Industrial Revenue Bond, <br />Series 1984, and approving the form and authorizing the execution <br />of certain documents relating thereto. Seconded by Sisk. Roll <br />call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOLLOWED BY DISCUSSION/APPROVALOFDOCUMENTSRELATED <br />TO LASTOKAPROPERTY, NAMELY: PURCHASE OPTION AND LEASE AGREEMENT, <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT, CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, summarized the three (3) documents, <br />which were made available in draft form April 2, 1993. <br /> <br />1.) <br /> <br />2.) <br /> <br />3.) <br /> <br />Purchase Agreement/Option to Purchase and Lease with <br />exhibits, draft dated April 1, 1993. <br />Intergovernmental Agreement Lastoka Property Purchase, <br />draft dated April 2, 1993. <br />Conservation Easement - There are two (2) Conservation <br />Easements: one, to be signed by the sellers, controls <br />the use of Parcels 2, 3, and 4 until they are purchased; <br />and, the other Deed of Conservation Easement in gross, a <br />draft dated April 1, 1993, would be used by the <br />purchasers to control the use of the property after <br />purchase. <br /> <br />Griffiths identified several of the conditions in the draft motion <br />she had prepared for Council, if Council wished to approve the <br />documents, as: <br /> <br />1.) <br /> <br />A clarification that the ballfields can be moved to the <br />north between the two proposed oil and gas wells, which <br />are located to the rest. <br /> <br /> <br />
