downstairs. Anyone who was
interested at all in the subject
should have know when it was
happening, and where it was
happening, and what the subject
matter was.

Davidson:

Another issue was brought up, since
it was held at Avista and the city
at one time issued Industrial
Revenue Bonds for the building of
Avista, there was some wondering if
it wasn't inappropriate to have the
meeting at Avista. However, no
member of the current Council served
on the council that issued those
bonds. I'm not even sure you should
call it a retreat. It was an eight
hour work session at Avista
Hospital. Although, they have a
very nice Board Room, it's certainly
not in the style that past city
councils or city councils from other
cities go and hold retreats. The
total cost to the city was $75.00.
It cost me more than that. I lost a
day's work and I bet it cost each
person who attended more than that
in losing a day's work.

Brand stated that it had some very positive results, because of the
goals arrived at, which were contained in the Council packets.

Davidson moved that Council adopt City Council Goals, as amended.
Seconded by Sisk. All in favor.

OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA

Howard spoke of a problem on one of Louisville's new trails between
Washington and Lake Park. Part of the trail was washed out a
number of weeks ago and it has not been replaced. He had received
many citizen complaints about it being dangerous, as some people
had been injured riding their bikes on it. He wondered when it
would be repaired

Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that she would find out
about it and let Howard know.

CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT

NONE

18
