NONE <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1110, Series 1993, <br />Stelmach annexation, on second and final reading. Seconded by <br />Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with <br />Hornbostel being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.1111, SERIES 1993, ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY - <br />STELMACH ANNEXATION - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1111, Series 1993, "An <br />ordinance zoning property annexed to the City of Louisville, known <br />as the Stelmach annexation.', <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that, in clarification of the <br />provision of the annexation agreement, he thought that it was <br />obvious, with relationship to the zoning and the Centennial Valley <br />design guidelines, he wanted to make clear that the zoning dictates <br />the uses, not the PCC zoned district. He stated that they're <br />borrowing the design guidelines and not the uses by right from the <br />Planned Community zoned district, in terms of a zoning issue. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing, <br />presentation from the applicant. <br /> <br />assuming there was no <br /> <br />Ed Bisiar, 134 Cherrywood Lane, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned <br />about the aesthetics, since this is the gateway to Louisville. He <br />hoped Council would consider looking at a quality approach toward <br />the appearance of the buildings. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone else in the audience wishing to speak in <br />favor or against Ordinance No. 1111. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council accept Ordinance No. 1111, Series 1993, <br />on 2nd and final reading. Seconded by Sisk. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that this property could be annexed by another city. <br />The advantage of Louisville annexing the land is that there will be <br />a coherent development on all 28 acres. <br /> <br />Davidson called for further Council comments. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Roll call was taken.
