Sisk: The other thing that I would request would be that McCaslin is in horrible shape paint-wise. I know that it is eventually going to be four lane, but I would like to see us get some paint down on that. Blankenship: The plans for McCaslin are in for a second time review, so they are very close to being done. I'll get with Tom Phare (Public Works Director) and see what we can do about putting some temporary markings on McCaslin. Mayer stated that the residents are very concerned with the intersection of Via Appia and Lafayette Street, particularly the sight-line problem when you're coming west on Lafayette and trying to make a left hand turn to proceed southwest onto Via Appia. He requested that staff research this a little more and meet with the residents and find out what their concerns are. He suggested a modification of the median to improve the sight-lines, or a four way stop. Blankenship: If the sight-lines are a problem, that would be appropriate to address them, rather than doing something that is inappropriate, such as a signal. Davidson suggested adding, when they talk to the State Engineer, Hwy. 42 and South Boulder Road. RESOLUTION NO. 29, SERIES 1993 -APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR WHITE FRONT INN FOR BUILDING EXPANSION Paul Wood, Planning Director, explained that the 364 s.f. expansion would be to the rear of the building, 935 Pine Street, which would be to add a kitchen facility and a an additional restroom. The proposed expansion would eliminate two parking spaces, leaving 10 to 12 parking spaces.
