Jos~s stated that there was also one more notice of hearing dated October 1, 1993, that reiterated the fact that the hearing had been continued. There was anadditional police report attached to that. Gri f fiths: The Authority hasn~t received a copy of that, as of yet. That was to be provided by Ms. Salas at tonight's hearing. Jos~s called Lt. Mark Wahman as a witness. At which time testimony waE~ provided by witnesses called on behalf ofthe Louisville Police Department, and the applicant, and by interested parties. The hearing was then closed. As a part of your duties, as the Lt. in charge of Police Support Systems, do you have any responsibility for the record keeping function, or the record division in the Police Department? Wak~an: I oversee the records. Itts part of Support Services and one of my respOnsibilities is to make sure that things are kept right. Jo~s: Did you continue those duties and responsibilities, when you were acting as the acting Police Chief? Wa~an: Yes, I did. Jo-~$: Now, in response to the review of the Track Inn liquor license, did you request someone in your staff to prepare a consolidation or outline of reports relative to incidents at the Track Inn? Wak,man: Yes, I did. Jo~s: Have you had a chance to review those documents that both the memorandum and outline, as well as the actual reports? Wak..man: Yes, I reviewed all of the original reports. 3
