Boulder on behalf of the Hospital group. The <br />total amount of the two Letters is $425,000 which <br />is consistent with the Annexation Agreement. An <br />Escrow was establi:ahed today at First American <br />Heritage Title in Denver. The deed to the golf <br />course property anti the releases of deeds of trust <br />were placed in escrow with the Title Company. The <br />Agreements have beE~n signed and delivered to the <br />Escrow Agent. The annexor and the property owner <br />have performed all of the conditions required of <br />them by the Counci]'~.. What remains to be done <br />tonight is passage of the Annexation Ordinance, <br />Zoning Ordinance, approval of the Annexation <br />Agreement and the Escrow Agreement. The City <br />remains the only party not to have approved those <br />documents. <br />Hundley stated that. it is staff's recommendation <br />to pass Ordinance #948 and Ordinance #949. <br />Williamson stated that a motion to adopt Ordinance <br />#948 should include. approval of the Annexation <br />Agreement and the Escrow Agreement. <br />Szymanski stated that it is appropriate to thank <br />the staff for their diligent work on this effort. <br />Szymanski also thanked the annexor and his <br />partners for having "come through" Council's very <br />stringent requirements on behalf of the best <br />interest of all the citizens of Louisville. <br />Szymanski thanked the citizens of Louisville for <br />their patience during deliberations on this <br />project. <br />Mayor Fauson stated that this is evidence of this <br />community working together with the private sector <br />and likewise thanked everyone involved. <br />Mayor Fauson called for a motion. <br />Mohr moved that Ordinance #948 be adopted and <br />approve the Annexation Agreement and the Escrow <br />Agreement. Szymanski seconded. By Roll Call <br />Vote, Ordinance #948, the Annexation Agreement and <br />the Escrow Agreementt were adopted 5-0. <br />ORDINANCE #949 - COAL CREEK RANCH ZONING - <br />2ND READING By title only Ordinance #949, "An Ordinance <br />amending Title 17 oi: the Louisville Municipal Code <br />entitled "Zoning" by zoning property commonly <br />known as the Coal Creek Ranch." <br />Mayor Fauson stated that once again at the regular <br />Council Meeting on March 1, 1988, the Council held <br />a public hearing on Ordinance #949.
