The final package will <br />be brought back to Council at a later date. <br />Unanimous. <br />AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD BID - TELEMETERING EQUIPMENT FOR WATER STORAGE <br />TANK PROJECT Phare explained that: included in the Treated Water <br />Storage Tank Project: were funds to provide for the <br />telemetering and control integration of the tank <br />and the high zone pumps. The equipment has the <br />ability to monitor t:he water level in the tank, <br />identify rates of filling or rates of draw, and <br />report that information back to the North Water <br />Treatment Plant. The telemetering control will <br />ensure that the tank: is filled at the proper time <br />and record system ir.~formation on demand. <br />Rocky Mountain Consultants, the City's consulting <br />engineers, reviewed the available equipment on the <br />market and found that the equipment best suited to <br />Louisville's needs i.s available from only one <br />vendor. Staff recommends approval of the proposal <br />from PCI Sales, Inc., for instrumentation, <br />telemetering, and control equipment for the two- <br />million gallon water treated storage tank project <br />in the amount of $18,000 with authorization from <br />the Public Works Director to sign on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Mayor Fauson moved a.nd Scarpella seconded the <br />approval of the proposal from PCI Sales, Inc. <br />Unanimous. <br />AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL REVIEW USE AGREEMENT - P'OW WOW <br />GROUNDS Wanush stated that as per the Special Use <br />Agreement, Mr. Gerry Geitzenauer, through Herm <br />Schempp, who is the owner of the Louisville <br />Fairgrounds (formerly the Pow Wow Grounds), has <br />requested an amendment to the existing Special <br />Review Use Agreement on the Pow Wow Grounds.
