Resolution #14 is "A Resolution approving a final <br />Plat and PUD for Louisville Lutheran Church <br />Subdivision." <br />The architect, Jim Hillhouse, representing the <br />applicant, stated tYiat he would be happy to answer <br />questions and asked that Council approve this <br />request for subdivision and PUD. <br />Anderson moved and DZayor Fauson seconded to <br />approve Resolution #p14. By Roll Call Vote, <br />Resolution #14 was aidopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION #15 - SPECIAL REVIEW USE - CHRIST THE SERVANT <br />LUTHERAN CHURCH Resolution #15, "A Resolution approving the <br />Special Use Review of Louisville Lutheran Church <br />Subdivision." <br />Wanush asked that hi.s remarks during his <br />presentation concerr.~ing Resolution #14 be <br />considered for this Resolution #15. The <br />requirement in this zoning district: a church is a <br />Special Review Use a.nd this confirms that action. <br />Anderson moved that Resolution #15 be adopted. <br />Szymanski seconded. By Roll Call Vote, Resolution <br />#15 was adopted unanimously. <br />AGREEMENT FOR PHASE II DESIGN SERVICES - <br />GOLF COURSE Williamson explained that Dick Phelps has been <br />doing preliminary golf course design work under <br />contract to the annexor's at Coal Creek Ranch. <br />This work consistent with the Annexation <br />Agreement, will end approximately April 5, 1988. <br />In order to keep to the established schedule for <br />the golf course, Mr. Phelps must be authorized to <br />continue work. Until the bonds are placed, we are <br />reluctant to enter into a full agreement, <br />therefore, staff is recommending this "Phase II" <br />Agreement until the bonds are placed. This <br />Agreement is based on time and charges with a <br />maximum amount of $10,000. The City can terminate <br />the contract at any time. <br />Sackett and Anderson asked to be excused from <br />proceedings on this issue due to possible conflict <br />of interest. <br />Mayor Fauson recognized Cecilia Wilson-Hubis, 2311 <br />Cliffrose Lane, who ,asked to speak to this issue. <br />Ms. Wilson-Hubis stated that her concern is not <br />with the golf course specifically, however, <br />overcrowding in the ;schools is a concern.
