Unanimous. <br />(Anderson asked to be dismissed during the <br />discussion of the next Agenda Item) <br />RESOLUTION #37 - MYCO SPECIAL <br />REVIEW USE Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #36, <br />"A Resolution approving a Special Review Use of <br />Myco Enterprises." <br />Wanush explained that Myco Enterprises has under <br />contract 1000 sq. ft. of space in a building owned <br />by Bellock Construction Inc. The building is <br />located at 1190 Griffith Street, Suite 3 in <br />Louisville and is part of the Louisville Trade <br />Center PUD. The applicants' request is to run a <br />commercial printing operation out of the suite. <br />Planning Commission approved the Special Review <br />Use with the following conditions: 1) Signage is <br />to conform to the PUD (as amended); 2) Five <br />parking spaces will be reserved for this Special. <br />Review Use; and 3) The 12 parking spaces in Phase <br />I should be completed. These spaces should have <br />curb stops and constructed with a road base <br />material & treated with calcium chloride or a <br />similar compound approved by Public Works to bind <br />the road base. <br />Tom McSherry, 100 So. Buchanan Ct., asked that <br />Council approve the request as it will "benefit <br />the community with additional revenues and also <br />the possibility of additional employment." <br />Scarpella moved that Resolution #37 be approved <br />with the recommended conditions. Carnival <br />seconded. Unanimous. <br />(Anderson rejoined the meeting.) <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT - AUSTIN <br />PROPERTY Hundley explained that as per Council direction, <br />City Attorney Curt Rautenstraus and he have been <br />negotiating with representatives of the Roy Austin <br />property to negotiate its purchase for the City of <br />Louisville. A verbal offer was accepted by these <br />representatives. The next step is for Council to <br />authorize a contract for purchase of this <br />property. Hundley has solicited proposals for <br />lease/purchase financing of this property and will <br />bring to the August 5th meeting an ordinance for <br />the lease/purchase based upon the lowest proposal <br />received. <br />7 <br />
