Motion <br />passed 5-0 with Anderson abstaining. <br />ORDINANCE #919 - HEALTH PARR ANNEXATION #2 - <br />1ST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #919, <br />"An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 66.127 acres <br />located north of U.S. Highway 36 and west of 88th <br />Street, which is owned by Harold W. Mayor Fauson seconded. Motion <br />passed 5-0 with Anderson abstaining. <br />ORDINANCE #920 - HEALTH PARR ZONING - <br />1ST READING Ordinance #920 was not available for the Council <br />Meeting. This ordinance pertains to the zoning of <br />the parcels described in the two previous agenda <br />items, Ordinance #918 and Ordinance #919. <br />Rautenstraus recommended that the Ordinance be <br />tabled and no action taken. This will be brought <br />back to Council at the November 6th meeting. <br />RESOLUTION #46 - CENTENNIAL CENTER PUD <br />AMENDMENT Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #46, <br />"A Resolution approving a Final PUD Amendment for <br />the Centennial Center Subdivision." <br />Wanush explained that the applicant, Neenan Co., <br />is requesting that the City approved an amendment <br />to Lot 3 of the Centennial Center PUD. This <br />amendment would approve the increase in the lot <br />coverage of the building on Lot 3 from 6000 s.f. <br />to 9000 s.f. for the Wooden Shoe. The Planning <br />Commission reviewed this request in the October <br />14th public hearing and recommends approval. <br />Anderson asked Wanush if he felt vehicle access in <br />and out of the area such as buses to take children <br />to and from the site was adequate. <br />Michael Moog, Project Architect, stated that the <br />schools have their own mini-buses and there is <br />3 <br />
