Mayor Pro Tem Mohr asked if there were any <br />questions regarding Resolution #50. None. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #50 be adopted. <br />Anderson seconded. By Roll Call Vote Resolution <br />#50 was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION #51 - ADOPTION OF 1987 <br />TAX LEVY Rautenstraus read in <br />"A Resolution levying <br />help defray the costs <br />Louisville, Colorado, <br />beginning January 1, <br />1987." <br />its entirety Resolution #51, <br />taxes for the year 1986 to <br />of Municipal Government of <br />for the Fiscal Year <br />1987, and ending December 31, <br />Mayor Pro Tem Mohr asked if there were any <br />questions regarding Resolution #51. None. <br />Szymanski moved that Resolution #51 be adopted. <br />Scarpella seconded. By Roll Call Vote Resolution <br />#51 was adopted unanimously. <br />ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROGRAM 1987-1991 Hundley explained that this is a formality and <br />requires formal adoption by Council for the <br />Capital Improvements Program 1987-1991. If a use <br />tax is not instituted, the CIP Budget would have <br />to be amended taking out that portion which the <br />City could not afford due to not having that <br />revenue source. "This is a tight Capital <br />Improvements Programs geared to getting a start on <br />taking care of some our key infrastructure which <br />we have been neglecting for the last couple of <br />years because of budget restrictions." <br />With nocomments or questions, Mayor Pro Tem Mohr <br />asked for a motion. <br />Anderson moved that the Capital Improvements <br />Program for 1987-1991 be adopted.
