By Roll Call Vote <br />Ordinance #918 was adopted 4-0. <br />ORDINANCE #919 - HEALTH PARK ANNEXATION #2 - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #919, <br />"An ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 66.127 acres <br />located north of U.S. Highway 36 and west of 88th <br />Street, which is owned by Harold W. Spicer." <br />Rautenstraus stated that this also is a continua- <br />tion of the public hearing held on November 18, <br />1986, and recommended that Mayor Fauson ask for <br />public comments. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for comments either in favor of <br />or in opposition to Ordinance #919. None. <br />Szymanski asked if the December 9, 1986, Special <br />Election vote would have any bearing on this <br />property. Rautenstraus stated that it would have <br />no bearing regardless of the outcome of the vote. <br />With no further comments or questions, Mayor <br />Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a <br />motion. <br />Mohr moved that Ordinance #919 be adopted on final <br />reading. Szymanski seconded. By Roll Call Vote, <br />Ordinance #919 was adopted 4-0. <br />(Councilman Scarpella arrived and joined the <br />meeting at this point.) <br />ORDINANCE #920 - HEALTH PARK ZONING - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #920, <br />"An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code entitled "Zoning" by zoning <br />property of approximately 73.33 acres owned by <br />Harold W. Spicer." Proper publication and notice <br />of public hearing were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Wanush explained that this property as discussed <br />through the public hearing process for the <br />annexation is approximately 73.33 acres and the <br />requested zoning is A-Agricultural. This property <br />will be the site of a hospital which requires a <br />special review use in either an A or CB zone. The <br />two major differences between these zoning <br />categories that affect the hospital are 1) the <br />maximum height limit in the CB zone which is 50 <br />ft. and in an A zone the maximum is 45 ft.; and 2 ) <br />doctor's offices are not permitted by right in an <br />A zone.
