Project delivery costs shall not exceed 15 percent of total project costs. Project delivery <br />costs are those costs associated with implementing and carrying out eligible CDBG-DR activities <br />and may include force account labor, technical assistance, and consulting fees. <br />Project delivery will include costs associated with charges incurred from Hagerty Consulting. <br />These charges could include time directly spent on a specific project activity, including <br />application setup, eligibility review, quality control, monitoring and/or technical assistance, or <br />distributed on a fair share basis for program -wide implementation. In addition, charges may be <br />incurred by Hagerty Consulting prior to execution of this Agreement, since both project -specific <br />and program -wide activities have been on-going to date. <br />In the event that eligible project delivery charges exceed the allowable limit, coverage of charges <br />incurred from Hagerty Consulting will take first priority.
