All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1416, SERIES 2003 -AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE RAY <br />ANNEXATION - 1st reading - set public hearing May 6, 2003 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1416, Series 2003. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council send Ordinance No.1416, Series 2003 out for <br />publication and set a public hearing for May 6, 2003, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9, SERIES 2003 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2003 <br />BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE <br />CONSERVATION TRUST-LOTTERY FUND AND THE CAPITAL PROJECTS <br />FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Finance Director Charlene Laus reviewed Resolution No. 9, Series 2003, which <br />authorizes a supplemental appropriation to the 2003 budget for additional capital <br />improvement projects in the Capital Projects Fund and the Conservation Trust-Lottery <br />Fund. Also included is a change in the 2003 transfer from the Capital Projects Fund and <br />the General Fund to the Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition. The dollar amounts of <br />the transfers remain the same as $104,366 from the General Fund and $163,267 from the <br />Capital Projects Fund. She reviewed the Capital Improvement projects added include <br />improvements to the following: Recreation and Senior Center, the Library, Memory <br />Square, trails, sport complex, tennis court and the finish of the basement at the new <br />Police facility. Also included: the design of the skateboard park, the replacement of <br />bleachers citywide, and the design of the parking lot at the in-line skating rink. She <br />reminded Council that only the additional appropriations for projects in 2003 would be <br />approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
