Luce seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #859 - FIRE <br />STATION SITE REZONING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #859, <br />"An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Municipal <br />code of the City of Louisville entitled "Zoning" <br />by rezoning a parcel of property located within <br />the City of Louisville located northwest of <br />Heritage Subdivision owned by the City of <br />Louisville." Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance <br />#859 be put out for publication and a Public <br />Hearing be set :Eor September 3, 1985. Fauson <br />seconded. The agreement and the subsidence report <br />will be available prior to the Public Hearing. <br />The motion was passed unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #860 <br />ZURICK REZONING Rautenstraus read by title only, "An Ordinance <br />amending Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of Louisville entitled "Zoning" by rezoning a <br />parcel of property located within the City of <br />Louisville located near McCaslin Blvd owned by <br />Vernon Zurick." Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance <br />#860 be put out for publication and a Public <br />Hearing be set for September 3, 1985. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #14 - <br />CANNON STREET SPECIAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Rautenstraus read Resolution #14 in its entirety. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #14 be adopted. <br />Luce seconded. Unanimous. <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br />WAREMBOURG PROPERTY Klubert and Helen Warembourg submitted a letter <br />requesting formal consideration of the annexation <br />and zoning of their property located at the <br />northwest corner of Cherry Street and Jackson <br />Avenue. The property contains 92 acres and is <br />surrounded on three sides by the City of <br />Louisville. Staff recommended that this request <br />be referred to i~he Planning Commission and a <br />fiscal analysis prepared by staff. Mayor Meier <br />moved that the Warembourg annexation request be <br />referred to the Planning Commission. Fauson <br />seconded. <br />Leary spoke in favor of the referral"as it <br />illustrates a willingness to work with the City in <br />trying to resolve some of the issues that were <br />raised the first tame." <br />Luce felt the reduction in the number of units was <br />encouraging and has no objections to putting this <br />3 <br />
