Ordinance #865. None. Mayor Meier closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #865 be approved. <br />Johnson seconded. Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #866 - WILSON ZONING <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #866, <br />"An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code of the City of Louisville by zoning <br />property of approximately .73 acres owned by David <br />Wilson, annexed to the City of Louisville by <br />Ordinance No. 865." Proper publication was <br />determined. <br />Mayor Meier opened the Public Hearing and asked <br />for comments in favor or in opposition to <br />Ordinance #866. None. Mayor Meier closed the <br />Public Hearing and asked for a motion. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #866 by approved. <br />Cussen seconded. 1Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #867 - FABER ANNEXATION <br />PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Meier opened the Public Hearing and <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #867, <br />"An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 5.3 acres <br />located adjacent to Continental View Drive, which <br />is owned by Harold Faber." Proper publication was <br />determined. <br />Wanush stated that this request is for annexation <br />of 5.3 acres located at 225 Continental View <br />Drive. Though the applicant originally requested <br />RR zoning, the adjoining area within City limits <br />is RE. One other property west of Continental View <br />Drive (Pliska property) was annexed and zoned RE. <br />If annexation is approved, applicant will submit <br />plans to subdivide, creating two lots. Planning <br />Commission approved the proposed annexation with <br />three conditions:, 1) no more than 2 lots be <br />created from the existing 1 lot; 2) Any water <br />right with the property shall be deeded to the <br />City; 3) A fee equal to the existing service <br />expansion fee of the City of Louisville to a <br />maximum of $5,000 shall be charged on the existing <br />structure as part of the annexation. <br />Norman Amy, residing in Evergreen, representative <br />for the property, told Council that the owners are <br />in complete agreement with the three conditions <br />that Planning Commission applied with regard to <br />this annexation. <br />5 <br />
