Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #22 and the <br />adoption of the CIP be continued to the <br />October 15, 1985, Council Meeting. Leary <br />secconded and the motion was passed unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #870 - EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION <br />AND SALARY SCHEDULE Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #870, <br />"An Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 2.68 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code concerning position <br />classifications, salary schedules, entrance salary, <br />and salary increases." <br />Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #870 be put out <br />for publication and a Public Hearing be set for <br />November 7, 1985. Luce seconded. Unanimous. <br />AWARD BID - MARSHALL LAKE SLUICE GATE <br />AND APPROVAL OF FRICO AGREEMENT <br />Phare informed Council that on Wednesday, <br />September 25, bids were received on the above <br />referred project. Jicinsky Construction submitted <br />the low bid of $254,300. City staff and consul- <br />tants recommend awarding the contract to Jicinsky <br />contingent upon FRICO approval of the bid and <br />FRICO approval of the agreement. <br />Mayor Meier moved that the Marshall Lake Sluice <br />Gate contract be awarded to Jicinsky Construction <br />contingent upon FRICO approval of the bid and <br />FRICO approval of the agreement. Fauson seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #23 - PERMIT ALLOCATION <br />TWO FORKS DAM <br />Ken Huson, City Staff Engineer, detailed for <br />Council the 4-year study that resulted in this <br />resolution jointly executed by the Metro Water <br />Providers of the Denver Water Board and the U.S. <br />Corps of Engineers who prepared the environmental <br />impact statement. <br />The City of Louisville's 1 percent share will net <br />approximately 3,000 acre feet on an average. <br />Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #23, <br />"A Resolution designating certain water supply <br />projects in the South Platt and Williams Fork <br />Basins for the filing of necessary construction <br />permits." <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #23 be adopted. <br />Cussen seconded.
