Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #871 be adopted. <br />Luce seconded. By roll call vote Ordinance #871 <br />was adopted 4-1 with Fauson voting no. <br />ORDINANCE #875 - <br />VICIOUS DOGS - <br />FIRST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #875, <br />"An Ordinance amending Section 6.12.020 concerning <br />'Vicious Dogs' contained in the Louisville <br />Municipal Code." <br />Morris question certain wording within the <br />Ordinance and Rautenstraus will review the <br />language before thES next meeting. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #875 be put out <br />for publication and a Public Hearing be set for <br />December 17, 1985. Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #875 - <br />ARSON AND THEFT - <br />FIRST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #876, <br />"An Ordinance amending Title 9 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code concerning Arson, Adding a Section <br />and Amending the Section concerning Theft." <br />Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #876 be put out <br />for publication and a Public Hearing be set for <br />December 17, 1985. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #30 - <br />JAD MANSOUR REPEAT Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #30, <br />"A Resolution approving a final subdivision replat <br />for Mansour-Engle Subdivision." <br />The property owner requests a subdivision of Lot <br />#2, 444 County Road for the purpose of <br />constructing two single family homes. Staff <br />reviewed the application and found no problems <br />with the subdivision. Planning Commission <br />recommended approval. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #30 be approved. <br />Leary seconded. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #31 - SUNDANCE II SECOND REPEAT <br />AND PUD AGREEMENT <br />Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #31, <br />"A Resolution approving a final subdivision replat <br />and PUD amendment for Sundance II Subdivision." <br />Wanush explained that the proposed replat changes <br />the southern portion of the previously approved <br />Sundance II Subdivision by making West Sandbar a <br />through street rather than a cul-de-sac.
