Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #871 be adopted. Luce seconded. By roll call vote Ordinance #871 was adopted 4-1 with Fauson voting no. ORDINANCE #875 - VICIOUS DOGS - FIRST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #875, "An Ordinance amending Section 6.12.020 concerning 'Vicious Dogs' contained in the Louisville Municipal Code." Morris question certain wording within the Ordinance and Rautenstraus will review the language before thES next meeting. Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #875 be put out for publication and a Public Hearing be set for December 17, 1985. Fauson seconded. Unanimous. ORDINANCE #875 - ARSON AND THEFT - FIRST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #876, "An Ordinance amending Title 9 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning Arson, Adding a Section and Amending the Section concerning Theft." Mayor Meier moved that Ordinance #876 be put out for publication and a Public Hearing be set for December 17, 1985. Luce seconded. Unanimous. RESOLUTION #30 - JAD MANSOUR REPEAT Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #30, "A Resolution approving a final subdivision replat for Mansour-Engle Subdivision." The property owner requests a subdivision of Lot #2, 444 County Road for the purpose of constructing two single family homes. Staff reviewed the application and found no problems with the subdivision. Planning Commission recommended approval. Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #30 be approved. Leary seconded. Unanimous. RESOLUTION #31 - SUNDANCE II SECOND REPEAT AND PUD AGREEMENT Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #31, "A Resolution approving a final subdivision replat and PUD amendment for Sundance II Subdivision." Wanush explained that the proposed replat changes the southern portion of the previously approved Sundance II Subdivision by making West Sandbar a through street rather than a cul-de-sac. The 3
