Staff recommends <br />approval with a condition that the responsibility <br />for construction ofd the bike path and maintenance <br />of the path and out lots be reconfirmed either in <br />an agreement or on the recorded PUD amendment. <br />Planning Commission recommended approval with this <br />condition. <br />Tom Hoyt, President of McStain and Ken Burke of <br />Pulte Homes detailed the amendments for Mayor and <br />Council. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #31 be approved <br />with the condition stated. Fauson seconded. <br />Morris stated that. she would not vote in favor of <br />Resolution #31 as she was not in favor of <br />lessening the front setbacks. <br />Resolution #31 was approved 4-1 with Morris voting <br />no. <br />RESOLUTION #32 - TRI-S, INC. - <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #31, <br />"A Resolution approving the Special Review Use for <br />Tri S, Inc." <br />Wanush explained that Tri S, Inc. DBA LaVonne's <br />Academy of Beauty z~equests a special review to <br />allow them to conduct business as a vocational- <br />technical school under a C-B (Commercial Business) <br />zoning. Staff reviewed the application and had no <br />problems. Planning~Commission recommended <br />approval. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #32 be adopted. <br />Luce seconded. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #33 - CENTENNIAL <br />CENTER SUBDIVISION AND PUD <br />Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #33, <br />"A Resolution approving final subdivision plat <br />and PUD for Centennial Center Subdivision." <br />Wanush outlined that at the Planning Commission <br />meeting on November 12, 1985, they gave final <br />approval to the Centennial Center Subdivision and <br />PUD.
