Davidson excused Lathrop.

Davidson stated that since Council had not read or even seen the
Subdivision Agreement, it was difficult to comment on it. He
wondered if the applicant wanted to continue this to the next
Council meeting (4-19-94), so Council could prepare, since the
applicant did not want the standard Subdivision Agreement.

Tim Hadjis, Eastcor Company, stated that they revised their
Subdivision Agreement last week. By the time the revision was done
there wasn't time to put it into Council's packet for this meeting.

Sisk felt the applicant was asking Council to look into something,
where there was just half of the product.

Annette Brand, City Administrator, suggested that Paul Wood,
Planning Director, present this to her with his comments and give
him the opportunity to discuss this with the City Attorney to relay
her comments before the Council looks at this, as this was out of
sequence.

Davidson moved that Council continue this until the next Council
meeting, April 19, 1994. Seconded by Howard. All in favor.

ORDINANCE NO. 1147, SERIES 1994 - AMENDING THE ZONING REGULATIONS
CONTAINED IN TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE,
ESTABLISHING AN SF-E AND SF-R ZONE DISTRICT, RENAMING CERTAIN
EXISTING ZONE DISTRICTS - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING MAY 3,
1994 (CONTINUED FROM MARCH 1ST)

Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1147, Series 1994, "An
ordinance amending the zoning regulations contained in Chapter 17
of the Louisville Municipal Code, establishing an SF-HD, SF-MD, SF-
LD, SF-E, and SF-R Zone Districts, establishing requirements
applicable to each such zone district and amending various
provisions within Chapter 16 and Chapter 17 in conjunction
therewith."

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that Ordinance No. 1147 was
sent back and reviewed by Planning Commission on March 22, 1994.
This is the revised Ordinance based upon Planning Commission's
comments. He commented that Planning Commission reaffirmed their
desire to not amend the existing Zoned Districts RE, RL, and RR.
This Ordinance proposes to, in lieu of replacement, add as new
Districts SF-HD, SF-MD, SF-LD, SF-E, and SF-R.

Mayer felt it would be more consistent to have the one acre for RR-
R, if the City was going to have it for the lower density. SF-R
and SF-E have one acre minimums. It would not affect any existing
property owners.

Wood agreed.
