Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve the form of the attached revised <br />standard Subdivision Agreement and authorize the Mayor, without <br />additional Council action, to execute future subdivision agreements <br />relating to specific subdivisions, so long as the future agreements <br />substantially conform to the attached revised agreement form, the <br />special provisions appearing in paragraph 8.0 must have been <br />approved by the City Council, and the exhibits must have been <br />reviewed and approved by appropriate City staff. Any future <br />subdivision agreement, which contains a substantive change from the <br />attached revised agreement form will require specific review and <br />approval by the City Council. A copy of the attached revised form <br />shall be attached to the minutes of this Council meeting. Seconded <br />by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Any future <br />development agreement which contains a substantive change from <br />attached revised agreement form will require specific review and <br />approval by the City Council.
