Powers Place, Englewood, Colorado, hoped the
architecture of the bank will set the standard for the development.

Davidson liked the architecture.

Howard agreed. He wondered if there would be berming.

Junge stated that there will be a berm on the corner. He stated
that the wall sign would be ground lighted with adequate parking,
50% greater than office standards, if the drive-up lanes weren't
used.

Howard asked where the drainage was.

Junge stated that there is a minor ponding on the southeast corner
of this property, with major drainage on the southeast corner of
Lot 3.

Mayer wondered if there could be a left-hand turn lane on Century
Circle.

Junge stated that as the right-turn lane was platted out of Century
Drive, it could then have a left-turn lane in.

Bob Beauprez, 726 - 95th Street, Lafayette, Colorado, President of
Lafayette State Bank, felt there would never be a traffic problem.

Levihn liked the facility and felt there would not be a traffic
problem once the development is finished.

Sisk was concerned about the 24 hour lighting.

Junge stated that the canopy is down-lighting for the drive-thru,
but not off site. The light standards are located west and south
of the building and the portico.

Levihn moved that Council approve Resolution No. 26, Series 1994.
Seconded by Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0
vote with Keany being absent and Lathrop being excused.

10
