TIMES 6/25/94) <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1156, Series 1994, "An ordinance clarifying water and sewer <br />rates and charges." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this deletes Table A, the tap fee ordinance, and adopts in <br />its place Table 10-1 of the Uniform Planning Code. The Uniform Planning Code is then the basis <br />utilized to fixture counts to set a tap size, rather than gallons per minute. The building official would <br />have discretion to reduce the number of fixture units used, as set forth in Table 10-1 of the Uniform <br />Planning Code.
