Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />John Kottke, attorney for McStain, requested that they continue the formal findings-of-fact until this <br />process is completed. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, felt this should be tabled until the December 6 Council meeting and <br />continue it on until final action by the Council on the alternative proposal. <br /> <br />Kottke agreed. <br /> <br />Keany moved that Council forward this on to the Planning Commission with the comment that the <br />Planning Commission look favorably on this development and forward it back to Council at the <br />earliest possible time for preliminary and final. Seconded by Sisk.
