Davidson called for Council questions. NONE John Kottke, attorney for McStain, requested that they continue the formal findings-of-fact until this process is completed. Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, felt this should be tabled until the December 6 Council meeting and continue it on until final action by the Council on the alternative proposal. Kottke agreed. Keany moved that Council forward this on to the Planning Commission with the comment that the Planning Commission look favorably on this development and forward it back to Council at the earliest possible time for preliminary and final. Seconded by Sisk. All in favor with Howard being absent.
