ORDINANCE NO. 1172, SERIES 1994 - LOUISVILLE MEDICAL CENTER - AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND WEST OF GARFIELD AVENUE - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 11/19/94) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1172, Series 1994, "An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code entitled "Zoning" by rezoning Lots 101, 102, 103, and Outlot A of the Aspen Greens Subdivision from RH - Residential High Density and O - Office to Administrative Office - AO." Paul Wood, Planning Director, provided Council with a corrected copy of the ordinance with a change in the title from Business Office - BO to Administrative Office - AO. Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. NONE Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. NONE Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1172, Series 1994, on seconded and final reading. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 2 vote with Lathrop and Mayer voting against. 6
