Keany moved that Council approve Resolution No. 68, Series 1994, with the conditions set forth in <br />the resolution with the exception of condition No. 3, deleting the words" .... provide an addition 55 <br />paved, parking spaces on-site .... "He wanted condition No. 3 to read "The applicant shall make <br />arrangements to escrow funds or otherwise reserve funds to guarantee the installation of the <br />additional parking as required by the City of Louisville prior to issuance of building permits for the <br />duration of the lease." Seconded by Howard. <br /> <br />Davidson offered a friendly amendment to eliminate condition No. 3 and make it a part of the lease <br />negotiation. <br /> <br />Keany and seconder, Howard, accepted that. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with <br />Sisk being absent. <br /> <br />Davidson appointed Council representatives Levihn, Sisk, and himself to the Lease Committee. <br /> <br />LOUISVIEW ANNEXATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1165, SERIES 1994 - ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTH HALF <br />OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, SOUTH OF SOUTH <br />BOULDER ROAD AND WEST OF WASHINGTON AVENUE - 2ND READING - <br />PUBLIC HEARING (CONTINUED FROM 12/06/94) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1165, Series 1994, "An ordinance annexing to the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, the property located in the north half of Section 7, Township 1 south, Range <br />69 west, south of South Boulder Road and west of Washington Avenue." <br /> <br />Peter Kernkamp, Acting Planning Director, spoke on this ordinance and Ordinance No. 1166, Series <br />1994. He stated that the developer wanted zoning established upon annexation. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Barry Morris, Louisview Corporation, 2991 Pearl Street, Boulder, Colorado, presented Council with <br />a new plan. He asked to modify the PUD to SFR use. He reviewed the new plan. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />Robert J. Bruce, 31 South 80th Street, Boulder, Colorado, was not in favor of this development on <br />the western parcel. He wanted the property left as is. <br /> <br />James M. Commander, 1556 Washington Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned about the <br />office development and its impact on Hillsborough West and the increased traffic. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
