We need <br />a common area going though there. I <br />think the issue is the type of <br />grass. I see this as not a land use <br />problem, but more of a maintenance <br />problem. <br /> <br />I am very concerned about liability, <br />if I put sprinkler heads in land <br />that I don't own, and what that <br />would do to my home owner's <br />insurance. My insurance agent <br />informed me that I would totally <br />violate my liability insurance by <br />doing that. <br /> <br />The City has always been responsible <br />for the sprinkler system. You are a <br />brand new subdivision and the City <br />has areas that have been waiting for <br />sprinkler systems for a long time. <br />I was not advocating that you put in <br />a sprinkler system, because there <br />would probably be problems there <br />also. <br /> <br />Mr. Sprague, have you discussed with <br />anyone about a special taxing <br />district?
