has discussed regarding that second
unit. I didn't choose it, because I
felt there was quite a bit of
commentary required to make it work.
The Agricultural with the Annexation
Agreement and the record locks them
into only two units.

Sisk said, "Then, that's my motion." Seconded by Howard.

Lathrop wanted to be on record, that if an applicant for an Agenda
Item does not show up, then he assumes that it indicates their lack
of concern and therefore, he wouldn't support the motion.

Griffiths:

We just moved on the Agenda Item H,
the zoning ordinance, and I point
out to Council that there was a
replacement Ordinance No. 1067,
placed on Council desks this
evening, with the only changes being
a correction in title, changing the
word rezoning to zoning, and a
correction in the "be it ordained"
clause. The motion would apply to
the corrected Ordinance No. 1067,
with the amendments that Council has
already identified.

Davidson stated that what was needed now was a motion to adopt
Resolution No. 18, Series 1992. He felt what Councilman Sisk was
doing was moving to adopt that Resolution with all kinds of
specifications.

Sisk:

That's correct.

Davidson called for any other comments or questions.
NONE

Roll call was taken.
voting against.

Motion passed by a 6-1 vote with Lathrop

ORDINANCE NO. 1066, SERIES 1992 - MATTERN PROPERTY ANNEXATION - lST
READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING

Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1066, Series 1992, "An
Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado, property
located generally west of S. 104th Street and south of Cherry
Street, which is owned by George Mattern."

Sisk moved that Council set Ordinance No. 1066, Series 1992 out for
publication and set a public hearing for April 7, 1992. Seconded

18
