Sisk:

Mr. Fraker, in purposing a "cash in
lieu of" settlement, could you give
me some parameters that you have in
mind in terms of the dollars for the
3.12 acres?

Fraker:

An estimate of around $10,000.00 for
the three acre site.

Mayer:

Fraker:

Is the temporary
essentially at the
current development?

cul-de-sac
end of the

It cuts through the very southerly
edge of the bulb. In the documents
that I've prepared for the City,
I've prepared easements which would
have to be granted from each party.
This bulb is granted in two
segments, because the current
annexation line runs across the edge
of the bulb.

Mayer:

There would have to be a temporary
easement to cover that other part of
the bulb. I noticed there is outlot
"F" in Coal Creek Ranch, which is
providing a bikeway access. Where
is the planned bikeway access from
your development onto that bikeway
that runs north and south?

Fraker:

At the southerly end of the
development, that is the same access
that we will access our sewer and
water in, through the outlot into
the street. It's a combination of a
utility and pedestrian access over
to that.

Mayer:

Would it make sense to continue the
bikeway into the Meadows just south
of Lot 7 to make for the most
contiguous access? Was that ever
considered?

Fraker:

When we looked at the bikeway, this
bikeway was created prior ..... The
theme was to take the tract owned by
the Public Service and create the
master bikeway down the Public
Service easement. It's already
