The third item is the cross
sectional sketches, which are the
oversized, very large documents.

So, there is a single plat document.
I see from the Council members
document, it has written on it
"Revised per P.C. conditions". Is
that the one that is the proposed,
revised plat?

That is proposed. That is my
handwriting. That is the applicants
response to several of the Planning
Commission's conditions.

For clarification, if the Council
were to act on a document tonight,
what document specifically would
they be acting upon?

Trying to guess what the Council
would desire to have in terms of a
final set of conditions, I think
dictates what plat they approve.
They could approve the plat as
submitted to Planning Commission,
which is the two (2) page bound
document. They could approve that
plat with the Planning Commission
conditions require that to be re-
drawn and reviewed by staff for
compliance prior to recording, or
they could approve that single sheet
copy with regard to specific
Planning Commission conditions and
approve the plat with the other
Planning Commission conditions,
requiring staff to review the final
document prior to recording, or they
could take action, request to see
the final document as a follow up
item in the following meeting.

I wanted to make sure that all of
the Council members were referring
to the same ..... have all three (3)
of those documents and were

15
