Do they exist and to what
extent, if they do?

I haven't looked at the soil report
in detail. I know that there has
been a series of soil reports done.
In 1977, as a part of the
annexation, a report was done by
F.M. Fox. I have reviewed that
report. As far as I know, there is
no subsidence problem within this
area for residential construction.
There are expansive soils and they
will have to be accounted for within
the design of the utilities, the
roadways, and the residential
structures. They are not unusual
soils to this area or any worse than
what was encountered in some of the
developments of McStain.

Lathrop:

With the addition of the decel lane
on South Boulder Road, how much
distance is there from the edge of
the decel lane to where there
perimeter fence would be installed?
How much room is there to
accommodate that sidewalk?

Jorgensen:

There's 7 ft. from the curb to the
edge of the right-of-way line, which
would be a property line.

Lathrop:

In that we would have to have the 5
ft. sidewalk?

Jorgensen:

That's correct.

Hedding:

Are you aware of any under mining in

22
